Alco Europe Management is a company managed by the Zwetsloot family. It is a family business which purpose is to find new financing and to create in collaboration with professionals.

II (Petrus Jacobus Theodorus Zwetsloot, senior) I started my business after I had finished carpentry trade school. After that I started working as an engineer in building shipfurniture. In the evening I did the training ship drawing.
After obtaining the diploma, there was virtually no work in shipbuilding. The construction industry had enough work and so I started to work there and did the training architectural draftsman. After completing this, I started working at a construction office and I made concrete and steel drawings and calculations for construction. Because I wanted to be all- round, I started working at a construction company where I specialized in preparing, drawing etc. for businesses premises.
After this experience I worked for an architectural firm where the most diverse contracts were performed by me or I was part of it, such as schools, retirement homes, churches, villas and commercial premises. When this period was over, I was working freelance, which quickly led to a large amount of work, so I needed additional staff. "The firm had created its own".
The private firm grew and I worked for many companies in the construction business as
well as for individuals. This period is also the period of development from HSB
(Wood Skalet) Construction. These HSB projects were managed prefabricated in our
factory in the Czech Republic and transported to the Netherlands where it was built.
This is also the period in which Christian (my son) himself was interested in the things
that his father did, Christian joined me often to the Czech Republic to learn the business.
Our projects and our trade reflects our entrepreneurship nowadays.
In the early 80’s we also started buying and selling property and land, at first only with
our own money and soon after with money from investors and venture capitalists.
These objects were renovated and sold, and like now they were bought from banks
and / or auctions so the risk is much lower because it is purchased for less.
In total we have over 45 years experience in real estate / projects and financing them,
we hope to give you a little more insight into the people behind the company.
